Insights Analyst
Location: London (Kensington) – 4 days in office
Salary: £50,000 + 10% bonus
Experience: Minimum 3 years
About the Role: I\’ve partnered with an events business who are looking to grow their team. This new role will focus on delivering high-quality insights and analysis to support business decisions across various data sets, including customer and attendee data, as well as commercial and marketing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualisation tools.
- Query and analyse data using SQL, supporting a migration to AWS and Redshift environments.
- Work with diverse data sources, including customer and attendee data.
- Generate commercial and marketing reports to inform strategic decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an insights or data analysis role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools).
- Solid experience with SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Familiarity with AWS and Redshift is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
