Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £20.48 per hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct building condition surveys in Lancashire.
- Enter data into the asset management system.
- Collaborate to enhance data processes.
- Identify defects, suggest solutions, and estimate costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with managers and professionals.
- Prioritize building and safety needs.
- Complete reports and inspections as needed.
Must Have
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
- 5 years\’ experience in building pathology.
- Knowledge of health and safety laws.
- Experience with asset management systems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver\’s license and insured vehicle.
Nice to Have
- Chartered Membership with RICS or similar.
- Experience with educational building surveys.
- Experience with public sector buildings.
