As a Functional Skills Tutor, your role involves delivering dynamic and interactive lessons in functional skills subjects such as English and mathematics. Functional Skills Tutor Requirements:

  • Teaching Qualifications - minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and hold a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.
  • Experience teaching Functional skills in English and Mathematics.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students of all backgrounds.
  • Creative approach to teaching.
  • Passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to inclusive education.
