Our client is seeking a technically capable Part-Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This role provides excellent exposure to group accounting, strategic finance, and audit within a multi-entity structure and could be an ideal 1st move into industry from practice. It's ideal for someone studying towards ACCA, ACA or CIMA and looking to take the next step in a varied, hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce statutory year-end accounts and tax computations for group entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT and CIS returns for the group.
- Support external auditors, preparing supporting documentation, leading audit meetings, and coordinating contributions from internal teams.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual budgets, providing analysis on performance and key variances.
- Complete monthly reconciliations for intercompany accounts, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset registers to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Study Support, Bonus & Benefits.
