This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing mechanical contractor working across all aspects of HVAC installation – from commercial pipework to large-scale air conditioning systems – delivering high-quality projects for major Tier 1 fit-out contractors.
With a projected turnover exceeding £20 million, this business is scaling and is looking for strong, reliable professionals to grow with them. They invest heavily in the right people, and now seek a Mechanical Project Manager with solid industry experience and good tenure to help deliver exceptional results across varied HVAC projects.
Amongst a full team of 60 PAYE staff, you’ll take ownership of key mechanical/HVAC installation projects, supporting and leading operations from small works through to full fit-out contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HVAC/mechanical project management (pipework, ductwork, AC install, etc.)
- Strong track record managing commercial mechanical projects
- Strong tenure in previous roles is essential
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple jobs simultaneously
- Excellent communication, planning and client-facing skills
- Based within a commutable distance of London

- Manage and deliver a range of HVAC projects across pipework and AC systems
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Create and manage project programs
- Oversee site-based health & safety and compliance
- Handle client meetings, site admin, reporting, and QA
- Drive continuous improvement and department growth
