Due to business growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our client’s team, covering two sites one situated in Burford and the other in Chipping Camden. They are a premium residential facility offering care and nursing packages.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the CRM system to ensure all leads are logged and followed up effectively, and communications are logged
  • Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from internal management to potential residents and their families
  • Creating and implementing a sales and marketing plan, with the support of your regional manager
  • All external business development, attending networking events and reaching out to the local community through relevant organisations and businesses
  • Tracking the resident journey from initial enquiry right through to moving in, ensuring compliance and client care at each step
  • Meeting KPI targets, whilst upholding the highest quality standards of care

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with:

  • A solid track record of working to, and exceeding targets within a service sales environment
  • An understanding of, and ideally a background within the healthcare sector
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person and across telephone and email channels
  • Experience of working within a prestige or luxury brand where there could be HNW clientele
  • A caring, empathetic nature and the ability to close sales whilst maintaining a ‘soft’ approach
  • Strong IT skills, particularly using CRM systems

This is a rarely-available position, offering a generous salary of £50,000pa, plus comprehensive benefits and a rewarding commission and bonus scheme. If you have a background within healthcare or a similar industry, and you feel you can deliver drive results without being overly ‘salesy’ on the surface, this is a role for you!
