We are currently working in partnership with a UK leading healthcare provider to appoint a Registered Nurse in a medium sized home based in Aberdare. This care home, located in a peaceful area, offers personalised nursing dementia care for older people. Designed to feel more like a family home than a traditional care facility, it provides a warm, spacious environment where residents can feel relaxed and at ease. The professional care team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care, while also offering support to residents' loved ones. The home manager leads with compassion and commitment, ensuring that every resident feels comfortable, safe, and well-cared for.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
- A commitment to professional standards of practice.
- Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to recognize signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect.
