The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our close-knit internal IT team of five. You will provide 3rd line support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across all three offices. Working primarily within an Azure and Office 365 environment, you will leverage your general Microsoft expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, implement solutions, and support our team’s creative endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 3rd line support to a network of 300 users across three offices.
- Maintain and optimize our Azure and Office 365 infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT solutions.
