Job Title: Corporate Receptionist – Ipswich (Temporary, Immediate Start)
Location: Ipswich
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
Hourly Pay Rate: £16.92p/h via Umbrella
A world-leading service provider operating on an international scale is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist based in Ipswich, working at a large corporate office site. The ideal candidate should be highly client-facing, have good experience in a front-of-house environment, and preferably come from a facilities background.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming all staff and visitors, acting as a host to foster excellent relationships with customers (including making refreshments as required).
- Arranging business lunches, conference room bookings, and conference calls.
- Maintaining the front of house area and conducting regular checks of visitor washrooms.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and couriers.
- Welcoming delivery drivers and couriers.
- Signing for parcels and placing them in the post room for recipients to collect, keeping records.
- Keeping telephone listings up to date and liaising daily with the Service Centre to ensure contact lists are current for incoming calls.
- Answering internal calls only.
- Performing administrative duties for the Service Centre and Finance Teams, or other departments as requested.
- Ensuring all Front of House literature is current and tidy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Customer service and front-of-house experience.
- Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, and written).
- Well-presented with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized individual.
