Team Secretary Badbury £25,000 08.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 08.30am – 15.00pm on Fridays We\’re looking for a proactive Team Secretary / Assistant to join a fast-paced, client-first team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional service, ensure operational efficiency, and act as a trusted conduit between advisers, clients, and the broader team. This is more than an admin role—it\’s about driving service excellence, building trust with clients, and enabling advisers to deliver their best. Key Duties: Be the right hand to the team of advisers—preparing detailed client meeting notes, review letters, and managing CRM updates with precision. Triage and respond to client queries, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a solutions-first approach. Take initiative—anticipate needs, own tasks from start to finish, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Keep clients front and centre, ensuring exceptional outcomes and satisfaction in every interaction. Help streamline communication and workflow so advisers can focus on delivering strategic advice and growing the business. Stay commercially aware and up to date on markets, regulation, and financial industry trends. Manage case progress, follow up with prospects, and support the submission of compliant, accurate advice cases.  The Ideal Candidate: A sharp eye for detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Natural problem-solving ability and the confidence to make decisions. A team-player mindset with a self-starter attitude. High-level organisation and time management skills.
