I’m working exclusively with a leading international business to recruit an HR Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

\\n\\n

This is a high-impact role with a regional remit across the UK and Europe — ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys streamlining HR processes, and has a knack for delivering people-focused projects at pace.

In this role, you’ll:

  Lead the delivery of regional HR projects and initiatives

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Align and standardise HR processes, policies and documentation

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Support the implementation of new systems and process improvements

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Drive employee engagement and employer branding activity

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Contribute to benchmarking and benefits-related activity

  \\n\\t

\\n

\\n\\n

What we’re looking for:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• \\n\\t

  Strong HR project/change management experience

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Comfortable working across multiple geographies and cultures

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  Based in the UK, with the ability to be in the Edinburgh office twice a week

  \\n\\t

\\n\\t

• \\n\\t

  HR qualifications welcome, but not essential

  \\n\\t
