Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safeguarding assessments and develop protection plans.
  • Undertake Section 42 enquiries.
  • Collaborate with police, health professionals, and other agencies.
  • Manage a caseload, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Develop person-centred care plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults.
  • (Potentially) Prepare and present cases in court.
  • Maintain accurate records.
