You will be working at an educational site in Winchester.

You will be looking after the attractive grounds and many buildings at the site. You will be on a rotating shift pattern, which will include some evenings. This will be discussed further at interview. You will also be required to join a rota to cover some Saturdays, for which additional hours will be paid, as well as on-call commitment.

Duties will include:

  • locking and unlocking buildings
  • undertaking internal and external maintenance
  • porterage
  • driving
  • other duties as required to keep the buildings and grounds in good state

You will ideally have experience in a maintenance role, and you must be physically fit to undertake manual work. We are looking for someone with a cheerful and 'can-do' attitude, who is ready and able to learn. A driving license is desirable.

£12.34 to £12.54 p/h. Temp to perm opportunity.
