Are you passionate about supporting others to live independently? As an Outreach Support Worker , you'll play a vital role in helping individuals thrive in their homes, maintaining their tenancies, and overcoming challenges. You'll work with people facing mental health difficulties and other health-related issues providing support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to customers living in independent accommodation
  • Help individuals maintain their tenancies and achieve personal goals
  • Deliver both pre-tenancy guidance and ongoing support around welfare benefits
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals and senior managers to ensure the success of our Support Service
  • Develop services based on the views and needs of our customers

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrable experience in providing housing management or support services, either professionally or on a voluntary basis
  • Experience working with people who have mental health issues and/or other health-related concerns
  • A strong understanding of housing support needs and benefits
  • A full UK driving licence
