Join an award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy working as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on some of the finest buildings projects in the UK, from incredible heritage and conservation schemes to bold contemporary designs. Due to expansion plans in the team, our client is looking for a Senior CDM Advisor or Principal Designer to join in London. This is not a consultancy role; you will be working on a small volume of complex in-house projects for a progressive practice on CDM compliance and strategy.
In this role, you will help to develop the PD role within the practice, providing support and advice to design teams across the globe, reviewing projects and designs to create consistency across the business on preconstruction Health and Safety matters. Experience working as a Principal Designer is essential in this role, and possessing a NEBOSH Construction qualification, along with any design experience, would be beneficial.
