They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Controller to join their dynamic team and ensure smooth and efficient documentation processes across our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents. * Ensure proper document control systems are implemented and maintained. * Maintain an organized document filing and retrieval system (both digital and physical). * Distribute project documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. * Ensure documents comply with company and project standards, including version control and proper formatting. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and site staff to track document status and updates. * Support the project team with administrative tasks and document management tools. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a construction or engineering environment. * Familiarity with document control systems and software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint, etc.). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. * Understanding of construction documentation and terminology is an asset.
