Dealing with an existing complex caseload of service users enduring mental health problems

The role will include assessment and appropriate management or risks and providing casework supervisions to other team members

Work with individuals and other stakeholders to assist service planning

Work in partnership with health and community colleagues.

1-3 years experience of working within a similar mental health social work setting

Diploma/Degree in Social Work

Registration with Social Work England
-
Evidence of working with a complex caseload

Good knowledge of the care act, mental capacity, safeguarding and mental health act

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
