Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role puts you at the heart of a high-impact team, driving major projects and shaping the future of data centre infrastructure. As Commercial Manager, you\’ll lead the charge on upcoming hyperscale projects, playing a key role in the company\’s rapid expansion. If you\’re looking for a career-defining move-this is it! Key Responsibilities: Develop and validate construction cost estimates from due diligence to IFC design. Identify value engineering opportunities and maintain accurate cost databases. Lead project funding requests and present to leadership. Manage GCs, OFCI vendors, and consultants from tender to final account. Oversee cost control, change management, and monthly commercial reporting. Support procurement, supply chain development, and financial forecasting. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Experience with hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. 5+ years in commercial management, cost control, or procurement. Experience estimating CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical work packages. Proven ability to manage contracts from €1M to €300M. Expertise in negotiating contracts with GCs, OFCI vendors, and consultants.
