We'll teach you what it means to master our menus and run your kiosk as if it were your own business. You will drive performance across sales, labor, and food cost controls, always seeking opportunities to meet your business targets. You will inspire, engage, and coach your team, empowering them to follow your lead and deliver sensational service, sushi, and everything in between. You will be highly attentive to detail and capable of maintaining consistent standards in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure daily records of deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks are completed accurately.

You will have full autonomy to run your kiosk as if you 'Own it', taking full responsibility for P&L, labor, and sales.
