Interim Finance Business Partner

A successful and forward-thinking organisation based in York (YO10) are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to support their team for a 6-month period. On offer is a salary of up to £45,000, alongside flexible working and the chance to make real commercial impact from day one. As an Interim Finance Business Partner, you will be: Acting as a strategic partner to operational teams, providing financial insight and challenge Preparing detailed analysis to support decision-making Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles Monitoring performance against budgets and identifying risks or opportunities Supporting key business projects and driving improvements Liaising across departments to support commercial outcomesTo be successful in this Finance Business Partner role, you will ideally have: Experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel A relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid experience A proactive, adaptable approach and confidence working independentlyThis brilliant opportunity is easily commutable from York, Heslington, Fulford, Selby, Dunnington, Huntington, and surrounding areas.
