Job Description
A large construction company in Brigg are looking for an experienced Management Accountant
As demand for their products continues to grow, they are looking for a skilled and ambitious Management Accountant to join their team, providing financial insight and support to this fast-paced, operationally focused part of the business.
This role is central to the ongoing success of the division. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, deliver meaningful analysis, and support decision-making across production, sales, and logistics. Working closely with Operational Managers, you will provide the information needed to optimise performance and profitability.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Detailed margin, production, and cost analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear commentary.
- Business partnering with divisional managers to provide financial guidance.
- Monitoring stock, materials usage, and production efficiency from a financial perspective.
- Supporting continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
About You
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong management accounting skills
- Analytical and commercially minded with the ability to challenge and influence.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
