About the Role: As an Order Processor, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, ensuring the efficient processing of orders and supporting the overall business operations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all jobs are completed on time, invoices are processed accurately, and any outstanding queries are resolved swiftly. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organised will be crucial in making sure the process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders through the internal system daily, making sure everything is completed on time.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure there are no backlogs in order processing.
- Ensure all orders have the necessary information such as purchase orders, pricing, and inventory before processing.
- Actively manage any queries through a shared log, following up with relevant teams until resolved.
- Liaise with other departments to keep jobs moving and meet set deadlines, particularly around end-of-month goals.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients, ensuring everything is recorded and sent accurately.
- Take a proactive role in communicating with team members to identify issues and take corrective action.
- Provide ongoing administrative support and work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
- Participate in routine meetings to review work in progress and action items, ensuring all tasks are completed.
About You: To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with an eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
