SF Recruitment have partnered with a leading organisation in Birmingham City Centre, who are looking to bring in an experienced Italian speaking Sales Manager on a permanent basis.

Working pattern: full time site based - 1 out of every 4 Saturdays

Salary: up to £35k + bonus scheme

This role will report into the Director of Sales and will be looking after the Italian market, specifically looking at opportunities for growth, nurturing customer relationships, and driving revenue through direct sales and market development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive revenue and customer acquisition in the Italian market.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing Italian customers via phone and email.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries.
  • Provide tailored advice to customers on products.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
  • Input into the company's Italian market strategy, helping to shape our local approach.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback across platforms like Trustpilot.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies and processes.
  • Support marketing campaigns by sharing customer insights and helping tailor messaging for the Italian audience.
