Our client is a successful and friendly St. James’s Place (SJP) Partner Practice based near Stansted, seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is looking for a role with responsibility, variety, and the potential to grow.

Your role will involve:
- Providing comprehensive admin support to the Advisors
- Managing and preparing documentation for client meetings
- Processing new business and liaising with providers
- Maintaining and updating client records accurately
- Assisting with compliance requirements and client communications
About you:
- Previous experience in an IFA or SJP environment is essential
- Strong understanding of financial services processes and terminology
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
