Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Private Luxury Travel Consultant to join their London team, managing tailor-made itineraries for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals.
This is an exceptional opportunity to curate truly elite travel experiences while working in a world-class environment and rewarded with a market leading basic salary according to experience but circa £50k to £70k with an OTE of £80k to £120K.
Role & Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted client relationships via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Design and oversee bespoke travel experiences, managing everything from research and booking to final execution.
- Leverage consultative sales expertise to convert inquiries into high-value bookings.
- Stay ahead of luxury travel trends, providing expert guidance on destinations, hotels, and experiences.
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams to elevate service standards.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and industry partner relationships to secure the finest experiences for clients.
- 5+ years' experience in ultra-luxury travel, specialising in high-end, tailor-made itineraries for HNW individuals.
- A proven track record in managing complex bookings, including pricing, invoicing, and budgeting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and deep industry insight.
- Strong knowledge of elite travel destinations, luxury hotel brands, and exclusive affiliations.
- Outstanding client relationship management – discretion, attention to detail, and high-touch service.
- A highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on diverse projects.
- This is a full-time position based in the company's London office.
