Delivery Manager

Day-to-day of the role:

• Leadership of a cross functional squad, with accountability for output and quality.
• Collaborate with diverse product teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers.
• Implement and refine agile and lean practices to enhance team collaboration and delivery efficiency.
• Utilise tools like Azure DevOps to monitor and report on team performance metrics.
• Foster continuous improvement based on analytical insights from team performance.
• Ensure the team's focus and morale by minimising external distractions and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Liaise with stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure efficient delivery aligned with business goals.
• Plan and prioritise work to meet key customer delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of software testing life cycles and methodologies.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, with a certification in Agile.
• Experience in managing complex projects in a digital environment, involving both internal and external teams.
• Familiarity with BDD & TDD principles.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and interdependencies in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
