We are recruiting for one of our network's largest mortgage and financial advice businesses. Based close to Liverpool Street and Bank Stations in London, this business founded in 2001 currently employs over 60 financial advisers, mortgage advisers, and support administrations. They are looking to increase this by bringing on an experienced mortgage and protection adviser. This is an employed role based in their offices where you will be working within the mortgage team on an existing client bank. You will need to be experienced, knowledgeable, and competent to pick these up from the start.
THE ROLE
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a City-based Financial Services Practice as an employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, where performance in delivering client-focused solutions and submitting and issuing compliant and excellent quality business will be recognised and rewarded.
- All clients will be provided, and the post holder will be required to follow up on referral clients.
- Full 1 to 1 administration support is provided.

- Salary: £45K (negotiable DOE) basic plus commission: OTE £75K + year 1.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
- Proven Client Relationship Management experience, including the ability to quickly establish and develop relationships.
- Ability to identify client needs, assimilate product information, and give relevant and compliant advice to clients.
- IT skills (including Windows, Outlook, and Excel).
- High level of numeracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and deliver client-focused solutions.

EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years previous mortgage and protection sales experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria.
- Protection Product Knowledge.
