About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with a range of educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, caring, and committed to helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support in and outside of the classroom.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with EHCPs.
- Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents.
