Intermediate Building Surveyor

Job Title: Project Building Surveyor Education Sector
Location: Southeast Midlands
Level: Intermediate – 1 4 years experience
About the Role:
Here at TSA, I am representing one of my education focused specialist firms who are looking for a motivated and driven focused building surveyor to join their growing team which currently consists of twelve building surveyors. In this role, you will work within both the building surveying and co-ordinator with the architectural professionals to deliver both renovation and new build projects across the sector. These projects have recently varied from a £300k boiler replacement to £4m block replacement on an academy school. You will also assist the development of estate strategies and can build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
RICS-accredited degree in building surveying or a related field
Experience in the building surveyor sector, ideally in the education sector but not a must
Strong project management capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
