Senior Legal Counsel - Securitisation/Structured Finance

Our client is an international fund manager with a diverse product range.  Headquartered in new offices in the heart of a City they have a well regarded, supportive legal team who work very closely with their stakeholders in the business.  A vacancy has arisen for an experienced securitisation lawyer to join the close-knit team supporting the secured finance business line.

They are looking to hire a business focused lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE keen to join a supportive team offering considerable exposure to the business from day one.  Strong experience in securitisation/structured finance is essential as well as the desire to broaden your skillset and the confidence to work autonomously.
