\\nThe Role:As Managing Associate, you will:
\\n Take a lead role in the handling and supervision of Fast Track and Intermediate Track contested civil claims
\\n Work across a varied litigation caseload, including commercial and contractual disputes
\\n Oversee junior team members and contribute to strategic decisions within the litigation department
\\n Collaborate directly with clients, counsel, and senior management to deliver excellent outcomes
\\n Drive operational improvements and support the growth of the team
\\nRequirements:
\\n Strong background managing Fast Track and Intermediate Track claims
\\n Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
\\n Exceptional case management, advocacy, and negotiation skills
\\n A commercial mindset and interest in growing and improving legal services
