We are looking for a Senior RF Process Engineer to play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge RF products and processes in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and develop advanced manufacturing processes for RF products using the latest technologies.
- Support both existing and new product introductions (NPI) from concept to production.
- Lead process improvements and infrastructure enhancements to drive efficiency, cost savings, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, operations, test, and suppliers.
- Interpret CAD and design data to create robust and repeatable machine programs/processes.
- Project manage the procurement and implementation of new equipment.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce variation, enhance capability, and optimize cost.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience or working knowledge in RF assembly manufacturing: ATV die attach/soldering, wire/ribbon bonding, gap welding, and optical inspection.
- Familiarity with both manual and automated RF manufacturing environments is desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver process improvements and lead cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A formal technical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) and an HND or equivalent in a relevant subject OR A BEng/BSc in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline.
