We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a busy commercial department within a refurbishment and social housing contractor based in the West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of QS experience, preferably within social housing. Experience in refurbishment and maintenance works will also be considered.

Responsibilities include managing the commercial process within refurbishment and maintenance projects, with reporting duties to a QS.
