Are you an experienced sales manager in the electronic security industry? Do you enjoy leading teams, developing people, and making a real impact?

We are working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing security distributors, and they are looking for a Field Sales Manager to take the lead across the South.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing and motivating a team of external sales reps across the South
  • Delivering sales and profit targets for the region
  • Supporting and coaching the team with regular 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Building strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Reporting into the Commercial Director and helping shape strategy

This isn’t just about hitting numbers – it’s about leading by example, growing a region, and developing people.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in the electronic security industry
  • Previous experience managing a field-based sales team
  • Someone commercially aware, driven, and great with people
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business
