We are working with one of the UK's fastest-growing security distributors, and they are looking for a Field Sales Manager to take the lead across the South.
What you'll be doing:- Managing and motivating a team of external sales reps across the South
- Delivering sales and profit targets for the region
- Supporting and coaching the team with regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Building strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Reporting into the Commercial Director and helping shape strategy
This isn't just about hitting numbers – it's about leading by example, growing a region, and developing people.
What we're looking for:- 3+ years of experience in the electronic security industry
- Previous experience managing a field-based sales team
- Someone commercially aware, driven, and great with people
- A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business
- Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)
- Commission structure with OTE of £120,000+
- Company car
