A growing and design-focused business is seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to lead commercial performance and operational delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executive leadership with strategic planning and day-to-day management of the business.
  • Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, driving profitability and business growth.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales and business development strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales and operational teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Oversee service delivery standards, ensuring operational excellence across all areas.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and key presentations.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role supporting C-suite or executive-level operations.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development and client relationship management.
  • Experience managing full P&L responsibility within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable working within a growth-oriented and design-led business environment.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
