We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, for a friendly, organised and professional Client Relationship Assistant to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Client Relationship Manager and ensuring every client has a great experience — from first contact to post-completion follow-up.
Hours: Full-time
Location: Macclesfield
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 (depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone or email
- Allocate clients to advisers and book appointments
- Contact existing clients ahead of their mortgage renewals
- Conduct satisfaction calls after completion and encourage reviews
- Schedule annual reviews and follow up on potential leads
- Support client engagement through social media
- Maintain records of client contact and referral activity
- Manage introducer commission payments and ensure accuracy
- Provide admin support to advisers, from inputting client data to liaising with lenders, solicitors and providers
