📣 We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Assistant

📍 Based in Macclesfield | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Permanent Role

💰 £25,000 – £27,500 (DOE)

Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things running smoothly, chatting to people, and making sure every client has a brilliant experience?

We’re working with a friendly, well-established business in Macclesfield that’s growing their team — and they’re on the lookout for a Client Relationship Assistant who’s confident, organised, and always one step ahead.

You’ll be supporting the Client Relationship Manager and acting as a key point of contact for clients — from first enquiry right through to post-completion check-ins. If you’re proactive, detail-focused, and not afraid to pick up the phone, this could be a fantastic fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound client enquiries via phone and email

• Booking appointments and allocating clients to the right adviser

• Contacting existing clients ahead of renewals

• Following up with clients post-completion to check in and gather reviews

• Scheduling annual reviews and following up on warm leads

• Supporting client engagement on social media (a little creativity goes a long way!)

• Logging all contact activity accurately

• Managing introducer commission payments

• Providing admin support to advisers — updating client records, chasing providers, etc.

• Has great attention to detail and confidence with numbers

• Picks up new systems quickly

• Has an interest in social media and client engagement

• Is naturally proactive and always looking to improve how things are done
