Contracted hours: Our care home, based in Leeds, will specialise in complex physical and mental health needs for 140 residents.

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences for others? We're looking for a dedicated Well-being Lead to connect with our residents and bring their interests to life through engaging activities. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with residents, uncover their unique stories, and plan activities that make every day special.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with residents to understand their interests and life stories, enabling you to create personalized group activities and one-on-one sessions.
  • Lead the Team: Manage and inspire the Activities Team, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver exceptional activities.
  • Plan and Organize: Design and facilitate a variety of activities supported by evidence-based planning, ensuring they are both meaningful and enjoyable for residents.
  • Collaborate with the Community: Liaise with community groups to bring in fresh ideas and resources that enhance residents' experiences.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the care home’s wellbeing and activity expenditure to ensure resources are used effectively.
