Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your impact is felt every day? We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join our busy team in i54 Wolverhampton!

As our Quality Manager, you will take the reins of total quality management at our i54 site. This critical role encompasses leading a dedicated quality team, developing and implementing robust quality standards, and ensuring that all customer quality requirements are met. You will play an integral part in our operations by conducting audits, championing corrective actions, and embedding quality practices across all departments. We are counting on you to analyse key performance indicators and drive site-wide quality assurance practices, using your expertise to continuously elevate our standards.

Hours of Work: Permanent, Full Time

Quality Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality assurance methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems and MS Office tools
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
