This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, where your ability to manage a heavy and ever-changing workload will directly contribute to our continued success and innovation in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities include:-
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Proactive diary management: scheduling high-level meetings, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring the CEO’s time is optimised.
- Inbox management: prioritising, and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Acting as the gatekeeper and first point of contact for the CEO – both internally and externally.
- Preparing briefing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organising complex travel arrangements and itineraries for both business and private matters
- Supporting with confidential projects and strategic initiatives

You will have-
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Proven experience as a PA/EA at C-suite level, ideally in a demanding or fast-moving industry.
- Impeccable organisational and communication skills.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional.
- Strong discretion and integrity – handling sensitive information is second nature.
- Tech-savvy and confident across Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
