We are recruiting for a Night Duty Manager to join a residential building in South West London.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm - 7am
Salary: £36,000 Per Annum
Location: South West London
Description:
- Carrying out building checks
- Assisting Concierge staff with processing and storage of parcels and keys
- Record the details and report any issues from the commercial units to the Estate Manager & Property Manager
- Deal with contractor signing in and out sheets and issue of permits to work
- Calculate staff monthly overtime for approval by the Estate Manager
- Report any potential insurance claims to the Estate & Property Managers
- Ensure water, gas and electricity meter readings are recorded
- Monitor fobs and parking permits, ensuring appropriate fee is collected from residents
- Assist with Fire alarm testing procedures
- Manage all concierge staff including rotas, overtime and annual leave.
Requirements:
- Confident at dealing with residents, contractors and other visitors to the Estate
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems
- Polite and friendly attitude
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of QUBE & Meridien systems
