We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client who is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. This role is to cover maternity leave and is expected to last for a minimum of six months, with the potential to extend to nine. Our client's location is not accessible via public transport.

The Role:

  • Working within a busy office, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team and delivering a high level of service to customers.
  • Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from customers.
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Liaising with the logistics team regarding dispatch and delivery schedules.
  • Supporting with general administration such as filing and data entry.
  • Monitoring complex orders, ensuring attention to detail and timely processing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service-based role.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Full time hours: 0800 to 1630 M-Th / 0800 to 1600 F, 39 hours per week. Hybrid working opportunities available.
