The Right Client: Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with my client who are one of Europe’s well-known Law Firms. Due to continued growth within the Belfast Office they are now seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the People Development team. The role would be suited to a candidate with 2-3 years’ experience in a H.R / Training or Learning and Development role and keen to gain a new challenge.
The Right Role:
- Online Training Support: Overseeing the virtual training environment. Ensuring all participants are signed in and have their cameras on.
- Face-to-Face Training Support: Welcoming and signing in attendees. Helping participants get settled. Maintaining a professional and supportive presence throughout the session.
- Team Collaboration: Assisting with the planning and scheduling of workshops, training programmes, academies, and development schemes.
- Materials and Communication: Preparing systems and materials in advance of training. Assisting in the creation and distribution of materials (via DPU or Concierge for printing). Supporting communications, including updates to the intranet.
- Training Records: Helping maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
The Right Fit:
- Experience in a similar role in a professional services environment is desirable.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage time effectively, think ahead and around challenges and provide solutions.
- Confident communication, and ability to engage and collaborate with internal colleagues.
- Previous experience in a Training, Learning and Development or H.R role.
- Enthusiasm for learning and development processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new software.
- A proactive, self-motivated and flexible approach to work - with the ability to work independently, and collaboratively within a team.
