We are excited to be working with a highly regarded company in the construction sector who are looking to hire a Waterproofing Specialist & Installer to join their growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in waterproofing systems and structural strengthening. You will be responsible for carrying out installations of various waterproofing solutions, including membranes and coatings, as well as undertaking concrete repairs and structural strengthening projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing waterproofing systems on various types of structures such as roofs, balconies, basements, and tunnels.
Carrying out surface preparation, inspections, and application of materials.
Collaborating with site teams and project managers to ensure high-quality execution.
Ensuring work is carried out to health and safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has experience working with waterproofing systems from leading manufacturers like Mapei, Sika, and Soprema.
Possesses knowledge in both waterproofing and structural strengthening techniques.
Holds relevant certifications (SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, IPAF, PASMA) – desirable but not essential.
Is comfortable working at height and on various construction sites.
Holds a clean driving license.

Salary & Benefits:

Starting Salary: £44,100 per annum with a clear progression path.
Salary Progression:
- 0-3 months: £44,100
- 3-6 months: £46,305 (+5%)
- 6-12 months: £48,620 (+5%)
- 12+ months: £51,050 (+5%)
Commissions: Earn additional commissions on projects brought in.
Paid overtime, travel expenses, and additional benefits like private pension, life cover, and private medical insurance.
Training: 1-2 weeks of onboarding and training in Croatia.
Generous holiday package (20 days + bank holidays).
Company van provided.
