Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a property maintenance assistant on a temporary 4 week assignment to start as soon as possible.Pay: £13.50p/hHours: 25 hours a week (flexible)The Role:

Painting accommodation/ reception rooms
Fixing and assembling any new furniture
Ensure the accommodation is well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.
Addressing maintenance requests and issues promptly.
Ensuring the building and grounds are in good repair and safe for occupants.
