Principal Resourcing is working alongside a range of primary schools and academies across Grimsby seeking SEMH specialist Teaching Assistants.

There is currently a high demand for Teaching Assistants to work in Enhanced Resource Provisions, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

We have immediate work available for both day-to-day and longer-term positions. Full-time availability is preferable but not essential.

We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants who ideally, but do not necessarily hold a Teaching Assistant qualification. Most importantly, candidates should have an empathetic, compassionate approach and some experience working with children.

In-house, free-of-charge training will be provided to prepare suitable candidates for the role.

Essential role prerequisites:

  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one through us.
