Job Summary

The role involves taking part in the scientific activities of the R&D group by developing and delivering new products and/or performing laboratory work, while providing documentation according to ISO standards. The position may also involve dealing with customers’ technical enquiries when necessary.

Key Duties Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct experimental work on a variety of scientific projects.
  • Independently follow SOP (protocols, MSOP and ASOP).
  • Independent troubleshooting of experiment.
  • Write literature to support products.
  • Keep accurate laboratory records.
  • Work to ISO13485 standards and understand their requirements.
  • Participation in general laboratory meetings.
  • Assist with the technical support activities in the R&D group.
  • Ability to sit for multiple hours.
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours.

Qualifications

  • A PhD or equivalent in life science.
  • Experience in an active research laboratory or equivalent industrial experience.
