Company Description
Our commercial finance broker client based in Hertfordshire are recruiting for a Specialist Finance Broker. The company specialises in development finance, development exit loans and bridging starting from £1m with no upper limit, on all asset classes, industrial and commercial through to specialist residential. They pride themselves in forging direct relationships to secure unique funding lines, including access to HNW private lenders. Their approach is transparent and honest and tailored to the requirements of the project and borrower.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Specialist Finance Broker. The focus will be on origination and sourcing funding for our clients' projects. The successful candidate must be confident and personable to maintain relationships with both borrowers and lenders. They should be able to understand development documentation and be able to assess the feasibility of a project. Experience with specialist finance lenders would be advantageous but not essential as training and guidance will be provided.
Renumeration
Basic salary up to £40K DOE plus uncapped OTE. Realistic earnings should be £100K+ PA (Basic and commission). 21 days holiday and bank holidays plus other incentives including CPD budget.
Office location
Hertfordshire. Free onsite parking.
