Our client based in Camberley are looking for an experienced administrator to support their Sales team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in proactively supporting the sales and marketing teams as well as ensuring smooth, efficient handling of all customer enquiries. You will need to work to establish quality and accuracy standards in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for general administration duties, such as answering incoming customer queries, order processing, maintaining records and liaising with colleagues.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee order management process from quotations to delivery and returns.
- Work with Finance to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Work with Shipping to ensure that every order is delivered on time and prepare loading plans and shipping documents.
- Coordinating with overseas colleagues regarding issues such as stock availability.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via Phone and Email, including returns and stock level queries.
- Accurately maintain customer databases and sales archives.
- Create documents to support operations.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

- Experience in a similar role including both order processing and customer service aspects.
- Clear and effective communication skills - both written and on the telephone.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
