Are you customer focused, confident and able to work as part of a team? We are looking for a Property Services Assistant to join our team at Grange Property Management. You'll be responsible for supporting the residential team in facilitating the delivery of all aspects of planned, programmed, reactive maintenance. You will provide day to day administrative support to the Property Managers and support our customers with general enquiries.

Using your excellent customer care, problem solving and communication skills you'll liaise with customers in relation to various property related matters and where appropriate ensure contractors are promptly and properly instructed. With excellent IT skills you'll use our bespoke systems to communicate with our customers and contractors. You'll also be responsible for keeping a record of all works undertaken as well as processing payments and invoices.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Lower Eashing. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least two days per week.
