The Company:

They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover. Their projects include the refurbishment of large country homes and estates, new build Super Prime country residences, and high-specification interior fit outs. Projects across the company range from £2m to over £80m in contract value.
The Opportunity:
Based in their Head Office, you will take the lead on estimating duties for a portfolio of Super Prime residential projects, including a flagship country estate scheme. You’ll play a key role in the tendering process, working closely with the Pre-Construction and project teams.
The ideal candidate will have a stable career history and 5+ years’ experience in estimating for high-end residential or bespoke construction projects, particularly in the £5m+ range. You’ll be confident in producing detailed cost plans and estimates from early-stage design information, managing the procurement process for subcontractors and suppliers, and working collaboratively with consultants, architects, and clients to ensure accuracy and value throughout the pre-construction phase.
This is a permanent position with long-term progression potential as the business continues to grow its pipeline across the South East counties.
